We deliver training across multiple modalities

Classroom Instructor-Led Training (ILT): Participants interact face-to-face in a traditional classroom setting with our trainers. We bring the best professional facilitators to your location to train your employees on site. Our instructors utilize breakout sessions and interactive activities to promote learning and retention. 

Virtual Instructor-Led Training (VILT): Participate remotely in a virtual classroom session via live video and audio stream, while interacting with participants and an instructor via chat and other interactive tools. Our online course platforms include WebEx, Zoom/ZoomGov and MS Teams. 

Hybrid Training: Hybrid deliveries prioritize learner-centric experiences by accommodating different preferences. This approach adapts to where participants learn best, whether in a physical classroom or virtually. Our instructors and hybrid producers are trained to engage both audiences simultaneously, creating a dynamic learning environment.
